💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 30-200 runners at one of our Hubs, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations. You'll oversee the entire process from order receipt to perfect delivery, improving KPIs and driving operational excellence. You'll manage 5-10 team leaders and drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach, motivate and lead a team of 70-200 runners and 5-10 team leaders
• Oversee the entire process from goods reception to delivery
• Create planning and schedules for runners and team leaders
• Act as contact person for runners and team leaders on salary, leave, contracts

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant leadership experience
• MBO or HBO thinking level (Supply Chain background preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Full-time availability
