🎯 What You'll Do

• Root cause sales opportunities and partner with GM to escalate gaps.
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experiences.
• Build client relationships and ensure effective sales floor coverage.
• Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
