Description
As an SDR at Guardsquare, you will drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification in a high-velocity B2B sales environment. You will conduct market research, execute cold outreach, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to book qualified meetings and meet revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year in SDR, business development, or similar high-velocity B2B role
- Experience in SaaS or software development organizations strongly preferred
- Proficiency in market research, cold outreach, and prospecting best practices
- True 'hunter' mentality with ability to generate opportunities from scratch
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured market research to identify target accounts and decision-makers
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and partner referrals before handoff to Account Executives
- Engage decision-makers across North America and Canada to book qualified meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity metrics
