🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the data team across architecture, engineering, and governance
• Evolve and maintain scalable data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse)
• Define standards for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption
• Oversee development and optimization of batch and real-time data pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Solid experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark or similar)
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data orchestration (Airflow, Control-M or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

• Experience with Data Lake, Lakehouse (e.g., Delta Lake), and Data Warehouse architectures
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Jenkins, Datadog or similar)
• Background in digital transformation and data-driven culture initiatives
