💼 About This Role

You'll oversee complex customer implementations of Ironclad's AI contracting platform, managing project timelines, risks, and cross-team alignment. Your work ensures smooth transitions for enterprise clients and drives strategic process improvements. You'll be the primary escalation point and collaborate with Legal Engineers to deliver automated contract workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of multiple customer implementation projects.
• Serve as primary escalation point for project issues.
• Build and track project timelines for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers and Customer Success Managers.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as a customer-facing project manager or management consultant.
• Experience running complex technical projects with agile sprint planning and QA.
• Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite and VP-level contacts.
• Experience with software release processes and user acceptance testing.
