Description
As a core member of Parloa's founding team in London, you will lead the charge in building strategic partnerships and accelerating growth across UKI and Northern Europe. You'll take ownership of expanding relationships, forging new alliances, and driving revenue through meaningful collaborations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner acquisition, management, and channel sales, ideally in SaaS, contact center, or Conversational AI.
- Proven track record of building and growing partnerships in the UK with an established network in customer service or contact center industries.
- Strategic mindset with ability to craft and execute partnership plans.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-level executives.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and grow leading Service Partners in UKI and Northern Europe.
- Develop joint business plans with partners to align goals and execute co-selling, referrals, and implementation initiatives.
- Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts with partners to bring AI solutions to market.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners to ensure goals are met.
- Represent Parloa at events and industry activities as a thought leader in Conversational AI.
