💼 About This Role

You'll oversee multi-billion-euro datacenter projects in Sweden, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You'll build high-performing teams and drive process improvements to shape EdgeConneX's European footprint. This role reports to the VP of PMO EMEA and is based in Sweden.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver multi-billion-euro datacenter projects on time, on budget, on quality
• Provide accurate updates on project progress to leadership and customers
• Manage risks and ensure backup plans are in place
• Build high-performing teams across EdgeConneX and partners

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of data center project management experience
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management
• Two project/construction management certifications (e.g., PMP)
• OSHA 30 safety certification (completed within 3 months of start)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with customer-facing energy infrastructure projects
• Fluent in Swedish (Norse) language
• Experience with PMIS systems
