💼 About This Role

You'll join a global legal team supporting Cato's market-leading SASE platform. You'll lead end-to-end commercial transactions, structuring and negotiating complex agreements with customers and partners across APAC and EMEA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to multiple departments
• Structure, draft, and lead negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Monitor and guide business on data privacy and applicable regulations
• Develop and improve standard templates, processes, and policies

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (JD/LLB) and bar admission
• 5-7+ years commercial law experience at global tech companies and private practice
• Background in technology, data, and security industries
• Experience negotiating SaaS and software license agreements with enterprise customers
