You'll resolve customer issues across Spanish and English markets, troubleshooting product problems and supporting a scalable AI-driven support model. You'll have real autonomy, work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and directly influence how the product evolves.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve customer issues across Spanish and English markets
- Troubleshoot problems end-to-end
- Spot patterns and flag recurring problems
- Improve support documentation, workflows, and automation
๐ Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and strong English
- 1-3 years experience in SaaS or tech support
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce
- Comfortable troubleshooting product issues

- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
- Experience in a fast-moving environment
