You'll resolve customer issues across Spanish and English markets, troubleshooting product problems and supporting a scalable AI-driven support model. You'll have real autonomy, work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and directly influence how the product evolves.

  • Resolve customer issues across Spanish and English markets
  • Troubleshoot problems end-to-end
  • Spot patterns and flag recurring problems
  • Improve support documentation, workflows, and automation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and strong English
  • 1-3 years experience in SaaS or tech support
  • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce
  • Comfortable troubleshooting product issues

  • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
  • Experience in a fast-moving environment
