Description

You will oversee the maintenance department at a senior living community, ensuring equipment, grounds, and facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. You'll manage preventive maintenance, safety drills, and vendor coordination while leading a team and being on call for emergencies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in maintenance-related field (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and insurability
• Minimum 3 years' maintenance department experience
• Prior maintenance experience in a health-related facility preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong literacy, writing, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with forms, reports, and policies
• Conduct fire, tornado, and other required drills
• Oversee preventive maintenance program for equipment and life safety
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using test equipment
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination
