Description

In this role, you will conduct real-time and post-trade surveillance across fixed income and equity products, investigate potential market abuse, and help strengthen the surveillance program. You'll collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams, using data-driven insights to support regulatory obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years experience in market surveillance, trade surveillance, or closely related field
• Knowledge of Fixed Income and Equities products and trading regulations
• Strong data analysis and writing skills
• Ability and interest in obtaining Series 7 within six months of start date

Responsibilities

• Perform daily surveillance of real-time trading alerts and post-trade analysis for fixed income and equity securities
• Detect and report insider dealing or market manipulation across market abuse typologies
• Create MI reporting for Market Surveillance metrics and support presentations to senior leadership
• Support response to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and internal audits
• Collaborate across compliance, risk, technology, and trading to enhance the Surveillance Program
