Description

You will manage a high-volume caseload of about 150 personal injury cases, actively litigating around 50 per month. You will engage with clients, conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations, and act as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Active and in good standing with local State Bar
• Currently located in the state where the job is posted
• Exceptional communication skills
