You'll drive strategic market growth in the North Fort Worth territory by building trusted clinical partnerships with MFMs and OB/GYNs. You'll evolve diagnostic standards using a consultative approach to shift providers from legacy options to Natera's innovative technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to convert competitive business
• Build deep-rooted clinical relationships with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and office leadership
• Use consultative approach to help providers shift routine diagnostic habits
• Maintain dominant field presence through in-person education and follow-up

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (BS, Nursing, or related healthcare field preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of physician sales experience in diagnostics, women's health, or med device
• Proven track record of growing market share and opening new business in competitive environment
• Ability to lead with clinical data to drive changes in provider behavior
