🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach temporary workers, plan shifts and assign tasks
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations and achieve shift KPIs
• Analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency
• Develop and monitor SOPs with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree or training in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Experience in logistics or distribution center operations
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)

• Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
