You'll serve as the first point of contact for members seeking health insurance guidance, leveraging your insurance knowledge to help them find the best options. You'll spend most of your day on the phone assisting with enrollments and becoming an expert on the Vitable experience.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide customers a seamless support experience
- Submit applications to the carrier and own till approval
- Help customers navigate the healthcare system
- Comprehensively document phone calls and emails in Zendesk
π Requirements
- Licensed insurance agent
- Experience with Healthcare.gov or state based exchanges
- Communication and problem solving skills

- Experience using Zendesk
- 5+ state licenses
- Fluently bilingual
