You'll lead multiple dental practice locations across a multi-state territory, driving operational efficiency and financial performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and execute monthly travel plans to visit direct reports.
• Build strong relationships with partner doctors and practice leaders.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and mentor office managers.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in a healthcare leadership role, preferably dental/medical.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• Proven track record managing multiple locations and teams.
• Proficiency with practice management software and financial statements.
