💼 About This Role
You'll lead KAYAK's NORAM flight commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and margin optimization across airline, OTA, and distribution partnerships. You'll own the full commercial lifecycle from deal structuring to long-term relationship management. This role combines deep travel distribution expertise with strong analytical capabilities to unlock revenue and competitive advantage.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute NORAM flight commercial strategy across airlines and OTAs
- Lead complex negotiations for high-value commercial agreements
- Analyze performance at route and carrier levels to inform strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with partner executives
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in airline distribution, OTA commercial leadership, or travel technology
- Proven track record negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements
- Strong analytical capability with financial modeling experience
- Technical fluency in airfare distribution systems and branded fare merchandising
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with NDC, EDIFACT/GDS, direct APIs, and hybrid distribution models
- Experience leading high-performing teams
