You'll lead a dynamic engineering organization focused on scaling Vanta's Integrations Platform, building the integration fabric that connects a company's tech stack for continuous security monitoring. You'll drive customer satisfaction and reduce complexity in building integrations. This role offers the chance to lead distributed systems infrastructure at scale with real-time AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams
• Lead multiple teams to deliver results consistently
• Identify and lead strategic initiatives aligning engineering with business outcomes
• Build a high-impact engineering team through coaching and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 40+
• Proven success driving execution through managers
• Passion for leading, coaching, and building teams
