• Deliver outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Provide 1:1 patient care without productivity requirements
• Document via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting
• Receive patient assignments based on specialty and location

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation

• CPR/BLS certification
