Description

You will lead the GTM Onboarding program and the Enablement Sales and Post-sales Coaching function, designing and delivering programming that helps revenue reps onboard effectively, sell, drive adoption, and retain clients. You'll manage a team of enablement specialists, partner with cross-functional leaders, and leverage tools like Seismic and Docebo LMS to create impactful learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and implementing rep leadership development content
  • Strong relationship building and cross-functional collaboration
  • Agile and flexible; ability to pivot in changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
  • Certified in one or more sales methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage a team of GTM Enablement specialists
  • Own the new hire onboarding program end-to-end
  • Partner with Revenue Leadership, Ops, Recruiting, HR to streamline onboarding and coaching
  • Track new hire progress through ramping milestones and certifications
  • Develop metrics for continuous improvement of the Coaching Readiness program
