You will maximize ticket revenue for LA Galaxy by selling season tickets, groups, and premium packages through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in sports sales and client retention.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer usage
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Sell LA Galaxy tickets including season tickets, groups, and premium packages
• Maintain minimum 60 outbound calls daily
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
• Provide quality service to drive annual membership retention
• Network at games and local soccer/business events
