You'll design and scale state-of-the-art foundation models for planetary superintelligence at a seed-funded startup backed by top investors. You'll own end-to-end model pre-training and post-training, productionize research systems, and shape agentic AI capabilities. Join a moonshot team building multimodal models for earth observation and climate impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement novel foundation models
• Productionize research codes and complex systems
• Build evaluation frameworks and agentic AI capabilities
• Scale distributed training pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience building distributed training pipelines with PyTorch and Ray
• Experience training large diffusion or transformer models
• Proficiency with Python, Ray Trainer, PyTorch, Anyscale
