You'll manage project budgets, guide contract documents, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure financial success. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Coordinate design and construction documents
• Serve as key client contact and assemble consultant teams
• Ensure financial success of projects and conduct code searches

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related program
• 7+ years of experience in Land Development projects
• Civil 3D skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• PE (Professional Engineering) license preferred
