Description
You will lead and manage estimating activities for large heavy-civil infrastructure programs, from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with program goals and financial management.

Responsibilities
- Manage cost estimating group developing capital cost estimates from planning to final design
- Facilitate development of cost estimate information with internal and external stakeholders
- Support development of Programmatic Business Plan capital cost estimates and baselines
- Review contractor estimates, bids, change proposals, and claims for accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain estimating procedures, tools, and methodologies for standardization
