💼 About This Role

You'll provide comprehensive employment law advice across the employee lifecycle for Payoneer and WFM entities in LATAM. You'll lead employee relations, draft key employment documentation, and support workforce transitions. This role is critical to enabling global remote employment and ensuring regulatory compliance across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina.
• Lead employee relations matters including terminations and disciplinary processes.
• Draft and review employment agreements, separation letters, and HR policies.
• Support workforce transitions, reorganisations, and restructuring.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's or LLM preferred).
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Argentinian employment and labor law.
• Deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regulations, and case trends.
• Strong drafting skills for employment agreements, policies, and separation docs.
