You'll lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on improving the shipping and delivery experience for buyers and sellers on Catawiki's marketplace. Your mission is to build a strong, empowered team and shape the technical foundations for a reliable, scalable fulfilment experience. This high-impact role sits at the heart of the marketplace, owning technical direction and growing engineers into future leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Drive technical direction and system ownership for the Fulfilment domain
• Improve the post-order customer experience and reduce shipping friction
• Partner with Product and UX to shape the roadmap and technical strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of software engineering experience
• 1-2+ years of people leadership experience growing and coaching engineers
• Experience in cross-functional product teams partnering with Product and UX
• Technical decision-making confidence guiding architectural trade-offs

• Marketplace, e-commerce or scale-up experience
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or post-order flows
