💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale BambooHR's AI platform, powering intelligent product experiences. Your core impact is enabling AI-first development across the company through LLM orchestration and agent frameworks. You'll lead initiatives that embed customer-context intelligence directly into the product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build core AI platform components like LLM orchestration and agent workflows
• Lead development of scalable systems that integrate into BambooHR's product ecosystem
• Improve platform tooling, automation, and development practices for AI-powered software
• Write code for backend processes and experiences, and mentor engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web development
• Service development in Python or similar (PHP, Java, C#)
• Experience with MySQL including query language and database design
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for local development and CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI systems, LLMs, or agent frameworks
• Proficiency in PHP, React, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products
