You'll design, build, and support high-performance Linux servers for Virtu Financial's global trading platform. Your work ensures millisecond-level latency across 19,000+ securities at 235+ venues. You'll collaborate with engineers worldwide to optimize server configurations and reduce latency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve Linux-based server issues
• Create and maintain OS packages and scripts
• Identify opportunities for latency reduction
• Manage configuration changes and vendor coordination

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Linux/Unix administration
• Kernel tuning experience
• Strong understanding of networking and topology
• Experience with Kickstart, Ansible, Yum, Git, SVN

• Understanding of NAS environments
• Knowledge of BIOS configuration
• Scripting ability in Bash, Python
