You'll lead digital strategy and content for The LIBRE Initiative and LIBRE Institute, driving fully integrated digital campaigns to advance priority initiatives. Your work will engage audiences through social media and email marketing, building awareness and driving organizational goals. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative and innovative tactics for long-term and immediate opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated digital communications campaigns
• Manage social media channels for LIBRE Initiative and LIBRE Institute
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate digital with communications strategies
• Create and optimize paid and organic social media content
• Track and report key metrics across digital platforms

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of digital communications or marketing experience
• Native level Spanish fluency
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Experience creating graphics and editing social-first video
