You'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing fast and friendly technical assistance to a network-heavy environment with remote workers. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while supporting onboarding and offboarding tasks.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier I support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets via phone, email, or chat.
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding tasks including account provisioning.
  • Support mobile device enrollment and MDM troubleshooting.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT or 3 years related experience.
  • Experience administering Active Directory users and groups.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook client.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Windows 11.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Customer service background.
