💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team responsible for Fingerprint's data foundation, from the internal data warehouse to the full ML Ops lifecycle. You'll foster a culture of high performance and deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure for identification and smart signals products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 engineers spanning data platform and ML operations.
• Own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the internal data warehouse.
• Oversee the full ML Ops lifecycle: experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering leads.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years leading data engineering, ML engineering, or platform teams.
• At least 5 years professional experience in data/ML engineering within SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in both data infrastructure and ML systems.
• Experience managing engineers across multiple technical disciplines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with analytical storage systems like ClickHouse, DataBricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based data and ML infrastructure.
