🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pipeline of families needing continued guidance.
• Execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email.
• Drive families from tour to move-in decision.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years quota-driven inside sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing warm lead pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
