💼 About This Role

You'll stand a navigational watch on the Marauder autonomous surface vessel, ensuring safe navigation during operational testing. You'll contribute to mission execution and support cutting-edge autonomous systems operations. This role requires a USCG Mate license and a commitment to maritime safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Safely navigate the vessel to and from operation testing sites.
• Stand a navigational watch in addition to autonomous systems.
• Contribute to overall vessel operation as directed by the Captain.
• Assist in shipboard execution of mission objectives.

📋 Requirements

• Valid USCG 500/1600T Mate Upon Oceans license minimum.
• STCW Basic Training, GMDSS Operator, OICNW, and FCC License.
• Valid TWIC, USCG STCW Medical Certificate, and passport.
• Must pass background check and USCG/DOT drug testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies or similar field.
• Experience with jet-drive propelled vessels.
• Experience with autonomous or unmanned systems.
