Description

You will set up and execute additive metal manufacturing, perform post-processing, inspection, and maintenance on production equipment, while collaborating with engineering and management to fabricate LPBF components for the Karno generator. Your role ensures consistent throughput and high part quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years hands-on work experience
• 3 years LPBF additive manufacturing experience (GE concept laser, EOS, SLM preferred)
• Experience with CNC machine and/or EDM
• Knowledge of lean six sigma and 5S methodologies

Responsibilities

• Fabricate LPBF components for Karno production in collaboration with engineering
• Execute post-process downstream operations: powder evacuation, support removal, leak testing, vendor prep
• Support continuous improvement in printing processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency
• Assist cross-functionally with shaft, engine, battery, and genset assembly operations
