🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize autonomy and networking software systems
• Drive field testing and validate autonomy systems under operational conditions
• Analyze mission-critical performance data to improve software behavior
• Architect new autonomy capabilities and ensure system integration

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years developing autonomy or robotics systems
• Proficient in C++, Rust, or Python
• Experience with sensor integration (cameras, radar, GPS, IMUs)
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DDS, ROS, ZeroMQ)

• Domain knowledge in maritime systems or naval operations
• Familiarity with multi-agent coordination in decentralized settings
