As a Leasing Consultant (Live It Specialist), you will be the face of the community, creating exceptional first impressions for prospects and residents. You'll lead personalized apartment tours, drive leasing success through follow-up and relationship-building, and foster resident engagement through events and communication.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Clear communicator, customer-focused, persuasive, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions by greeting prospects with warmth and professionalism
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and community value
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up, relationship-building, and understanding resident needs
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and community outreach
