Description

You will be responsible for providing superior customer service, managing referral intake, supporting the client services manager in coordinating care and scheduling, building relationships with clients and referral sources, and helping with fiscal management by tracking key metrics. You'll work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment focused on delivering high-quality home health care.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred, Associate degree minimum
• Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (electronic medical record)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
