Description

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them shape their digital transformation journey with Microsoft technologies. You'll lead discovery sessions, configure solutions, mentor junior consultants, and support pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly desirable
• Strong consultative and communication skills
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand client objectives and challenges
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) and Power Platform solutions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants
• Support pre-sales through demonstrations and proposals
• Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
