You'll lead client and vendor contract review and cross-functional collaboration at Burson, a global communications leader. Your work ensures contracts are commercially sound and operationally feasible, driving deal velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, redline, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
• Analyze scopes of work and budgets for accuracy
• Partner with Finance, Account Teams, and Business Development
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and contracting guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of contract review and negotiation experience
• Understanding of MSA, SOW, and amendment structures
• Ability to redline contracts and identify risks
• Financial acumen to analyze budgets within scopes

• Experience in global agency or holding company environment
• Familiarity with sell-side and buy-side negotiations
