Description

As an Account Manager at Burson, you'll serve as the day-to-day client lead for energy, industrials, and sustainability accounts. You'll develop and execute impactful communications strategies, lead media relations, mentor junior team members, and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years progressive experience in communications and media relations, ideally agency background
• Proven track record supporting renewable energy, sustainability, industrials, or technology sectors
• Strong corporate communications and media relations capabilities
• Exceptional organizational skills managing complex projects and high-volume workloads
• Bilingual (Arabic) preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for a portfolio of clients across Energy, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors
• Oversee and manage account activities, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Develop and implement integrated corporate communications strategies
• Lead placement and writing of thought leadership content (op-eds, articles)
• Lead media relations: build media lists, proactive pitching, journalist engagement
