🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-priority cross-functional Supply initiatives
• Transform ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and plans
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects
• Build processes, playbooks, and operating models for recurring topics

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, or marketplace operations
• Strong program leadership managing ambiguous cross-functional work
• Stakeholder management with senior leaders across functions
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and data-driven problem-solving

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
• Experience in marketplaces or platform businesses
• Background in consulting or strategy & ops
