🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver partner training and certification programs
• Develop scalable curricula for Netomi's CX and AI platform
• Drive partner adoption through engagement and pilot programs
• Own program operations including scheduling and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in enablement, training, or partner programs
• Proven experience leading training or certification programs
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with consulting firms or system integrators preferred
