💼 About This Role

You'll support an assigned territory by driving sales of retirement plan solutions to financial advisors and plan sponsors. Your core impact will be maintaining and growing market share through proactive outbound communication and internal support. You'll partner closely with an external wholesaler to execute a comprehensive territory sales plan.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively call/email advisors to schedule meetings for External Wholesaler
  • Manage accurate pipeline in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Field inbound calls on product features, pricing, and plan design
  • Drive follow-up activities including proposals and docu signs

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the 401(k) industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales support goals in high-activity environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as Internal Wholesaler in 401(k) space
  • Professional designations such as CRPS, QKA, AIF, CPFA
  • Knowledge of retirement plan regulatory bodies (FINRA, SEC, ERISA)
