You'll own the end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for a fast-growing e-commerce company. Your core impact is ensuring accurate spending analysis and payment execution while improving processes. This role offers direct exposure to senior finance leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full AP cycle: invoice intake, coding, approvals, payments
• Oversee credit card and employee expense processing
• Prepare AP-related journal entries and reconciliations
• Continuously evaluate and improve AP processes

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience owning AP processes beyond data entry
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar systems
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Procurify
• Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing industry
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
