You will lead financial planning and decision support for high-growth digital business and core technology investments, partnering with senior leaders across Digital Marketing, Product, IT, and Digital Operations to drive clarity, rigor, and impact. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10-15 years of progressive FP&A experience, with 3+ years supporting digital/technology in CPG, retail, or DTC
• Strong grasp of digital KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, conversion rate) and technology cost structure
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for digital channels and enterprise technology
• Serve as finance business partner to Digital Marketing, Product, Technology, CRM, and Digital Operations
• Own consolidated digital P&L, tracking tech-related capex and opex
• Develop investment frameworks and scenario models for acquisition spend and technology initiatives
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team
