πΌ About This Role
You'll lead a strategic customer portfolio for Vixxo, owning retention and expansion for multi-site retail and QSR accounts. You'll act as a player-coach, managing key accounts while developing a team of Customer Success managers.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as senior point of contact for 3-5 strategic national accounts
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly QBRs
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across trades and geographies
- Build and present proposals, including pilot programs
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 Customer Success account managers
π Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in customer success or account management in B2B services
- 3 to 5 years managing a team of CSMs or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of net revenue retention and multi-million-dollar expansion revenue
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-site retail, QSR, C-store, or grocery customers
- Familiarity with Gong or comparable conversation intelligence platform
- Fluency in Challenger sales methodology
