You'll act as a strategic partner to mid-sized merchants, helping them maximize platform value and accelerate business growth. You'll manage a portfolio of international merchants, ensuring strong engagement and retention through proactive relationship management. This role offers exposure to a high-growth, global SaaS ecosystem with remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as strategic advisor to assigned merchants, understanding their goals and success criteria.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans to support growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of international merchants through regular communication and health checks.
• Act as escalation point for merchant issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within SaaS.
• Proven experience managing international clients across North America, EMEA, or APAC.
• Strong ability to build and maintain strategic, long-term client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong presentation abilities.
