💼 About This Role

You'll join the Battery Manufacturing Engineering team at the forefront of aerospace electrification, working on early-stage processes for eVTOL aircraft. You'll support developing and optimizing battery assembly manufacturing and help transition builds from prototype to early production. This role offers hands-on process engineering in a highly regulated, safety-critical aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and optimization of battery assembly processes
• Assist in design and validation of tooling and production equipment
• Run process trials and analyze performance data
• Create and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEAs)

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, or Electrical Engineering
• Analytical thinking and comfort with structured data
• Interest in process development and industrialization
• Attention to detail in regulated environments

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or DFM
• Knowledge of precision assembly, bonding, or welding
