Description

You will project manage and support regulatory licensing filings for health insurance products, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to streamline processes and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of licensing experience, ideally in health plan/managed care
• 1+ year experience designing and improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules, and regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and filing of commercial insurance products through annual filings for assigned states
• Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings
• Build and maintain relationships with state insurance regulators
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned states, create procedural guides
• Track filing objections and guide resolution with impacted teams
