💼 About This Role

You'll be the person who keeps our members' financial lives safe at Range, an AI-powered wealth management platform. Your core impact will be probing our AI systems, infrastructure, and applications for weaknesses, then working directly with engineers to fix them. You'll also help us think about what's next, including AI-specific attack surfaces that most security playbooks don't cover yet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Think like an attacker to find weaknesses in AI systems, infrastructure, and applications
• Work directly with engineers to fix discovered vulnerabilities
• Build automated tools to scale security testing and detection
• Develop security metrics and reporting frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional security engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience with offensive security (red teaming, pentesting, vulnerability research)
• Experience assessing cloud infrastructure security (preferably AWS)
• Ability to develop custom tools and automation in Python or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML system security (training pipelines, inference systems)
• Familiarity with AI-specific attack vectors (prompt injection, model poisoning)
• Fintech or financial services security experience
